Future Cleaning Services app for iPhone and iPad

The Future Cleaning Services portal provides easy access to information relating to our commercial cleaning services, specifications and activities associated with our clients. The application is designed specifically for clients to use as a monitoring, reporting and communication tool and for them to access information and receive updates relating to each of their business and locations including cleaning audits, cleaning audit results, activity and documents.

If you are a Future Cleaning Services client and wish to request access to use our portal application, simply contact your Area Manger. Alternatively, if you are already using our portal (on a PC or Mac) then download the app, install, and login with your current portal username and password.

FEATURES FOR CLIENTS & FUTURE CLEANING SERVICES EMPLOYEES
Access to features within the app are dependent upon your role, typically both our clients and our employees will have access to the following.

LOGIN
- Reset username
- Reset password

MY PROFILE
- Update personal information (name, email address, telephone numbers)

MY DOCUMENTS
- View and download documents relating to a specific client and/or their locations:
- Cleaning specifications & checklists
- Health & safety
- Insurance & certificates
- PAT tests
- Risk assessments
- Safety data sheets
- View individual document properties (last updated date & time, files size, file type)

MY CLEANING AUDITS
Filter, view, and edit cleaning surveys:
- Filter by client, location, and status (awaiting completion, draft or completed)
- Score the cleaning of specific facilities within an area (mark an area as ‘checked’ or ‘in-use’ and score between 1 to 10, add comments)
- Save as draft if you need more time
- Complete & submit an audit
- Receive notifications when a cleaning audit is submitted
- View completed audits
